Created CAD assembly for the entire aerodynamics sub-team, for CFD cutting simulation time by 40%.
With new simulations, the master aero CAD ended up with 900 N of downforce.
Fully researched backed nosecone design off of F1 teams and top level FSAE teams.
Carbon fiber layup manufacturing experience on aero components (Diffuser, aero body, wings and nose cone)
